The dogs lost their home when Fred, Ricky and Ethel, their loving owners, died suddenly. The trio were thrown onto the streets and instead of being taken to a shelter. They were unable to survive on their own and remained in the house for 18 years, waiting for their owner.
When the rescue group “Hope For Paws” heard about the plight of these dogs, they immediately agreed to help. They were heartbroken to see these once-pampered animals living in poverty on the streets when they arrived.
Fred was desperate and lurking around his old house. He didn’t want to leave the place, so he put up a fight against the rescuers. When he saw the rescuers there to save his life, the poor creature finally gave in.
Ricky and Ethel also became dejected while scavenging food in the area. They too were saved after much struggle. The rescue team took the trio to the shelter. They felt the warmth of a couch for their first time in over one year.
All of them have been placed in foster care. As they hope for a better future, they hold onto each other tightly and shed tears as they look into each other’s eyes. They are now looking for their forever homes. Help them find their forever homes by spreading the word.
