SEVENTEEN’s Wonwoo is one of the most loved K-pop idols, and there’s no denying that. He began his mandatory military service on April 13, 2025. He is serving as a public service worker, following the footsteps of Jeonghan, who enlisted in September last year.

Wonwoo is expected to complete his military service in 2027.
Recently, Harper’s Bazaar Japan released two special edition covers featuring Wonwoo, looking stylish. In the interview that accompanied the shoot, he looked back on his decade with SEVENTEEN. He said, “The past ten years with SEVENTEEN have been full of fun and happiness – time that can’t be replaced by anything. Looking ahead, I don’t want to set big goals. I just want to keep enjoying each day with my members and CARATs.”

On the other hand, Hoshi is expected to enlist in the military soon, followed by Woozi. SEVENTEEN’s leader S. Coups is exempt from the mandatory military service due to knee injury. Joshua, The8, and Jun are not obligated to serve in the military.
