Report: Russian Drafted Soldiers are Dying with Only Days of Training

Russia is looking to increase its soldiers’ defenses, and reports are coming out of Russia that new recruits have died after little combat training. The New York Times reported.

According to the Times, one observer stated that “No machine guns” and that there were no clothes or shoes. “Half of them are hungover, old, at risk — the ambulance should be on duty.”
