England international Lucy Bronze has said every member of the England Women’s team is in “solidarity” with the players who gave evidence to an independent investigation into allegations of abusive behaviour and sexual misconduct in America’s National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).
Monday The results of a year-long investigation found the NWSL, its teams and the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) had “repeatedly failed to respond appropriately when confronted with player reports and evidence of abuse.”
The investigation — led by former attorney general Sally Q. Yates — was commissioned by the USSF in response to allegations of misconduct against NWSL coaches and general managers which The Athletic first reported the news.

“Players repeatedly raised concerns in anonymous player surveys and through direct complaints,” The 173-page Report said.
“But teams, the league and the federation failed to adequately address reports and evidence of misconduct.
