Genshin Impact 3.1 – Sumeru expands to the desert
Genshin Impact Update Update 3.1 expands the newly-introduced Sumeru region, which was introduced in Genshin Impact Update 3.0. Players will find a wide variety of treasure and new challenges in the vast desert. Players will also get to continue Sumeru’s Archon Quest, which is continued in this update as the Fatui Harbingers, Il Dottore, and Scaramouche show up. Players will find underground secrets in the Mausoleum Of King Deshret located in the desert. While the rewards of exploring this massive tomb are immense, so is the danger posed by defenses such as the Algorithm of the Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network. In the meantime, the Aeonblight Drake, a new boss will be in the rainforest.
Aaru Village is also hidden in the desert. It is said to be the largest settlement found in the wastes. Aaru Village, which is home to many scholars exiled from other countries, is a great source of knowledge.
You will see a variety new creatures in the desert. These include the Desert Fox, Quicksand Unagi and Red Vulture.
Genshin Impact 3.0: Weinlesefest brings new joy to the season
Players can also participate in the Weinlesefest in Mondstadt. This annual event celebrates all things wine and brewing as the region seeks approval from the Anemo Archon. The special occasion will bring four mini-games to players, one of them requiring players to manage shops.Â
Participating in this special event will allow players to earn Festive Fever. These can be used for rewards such as refinement materials, Missive Windspear, and a four-star weapon.
There are two events that offer special rewards for players who can manage wind currents or help a young girl find Future Stars.
Players who log in daily can still claim bonuses such as Intertwined Fates and a daily login event.Â
Any player will need to make sure they are checking their messages. There are many rewards available including 1,600 Primogems (4 Fragile Resins), 4 Fragile Resins and two unique gadgets: Cloud Retainer’s Damasked device and Jumpy Dumpty Party Popper.
Genshin Impact 3.0: Technical improvements and enhanced features
miHoYo has created dynamic terrain deformation, a new feature by the developers. It means that players and other creatures can move over the sands more accurately than if they are simply leaving footprints.Â
The improvements don’t stop there. Genshin Impact has supported the initiative. PS5 DualSense haptic and adaptive triggersThe feature is being further improved with vibrations that will be activated when players use Elemental bursts. The developers are yet to reveal what the “another surprise” is, though they haven’t revealed any clues.
Genshin Impact 3.0: Three new characters to collect
Genshin Impact’s character listingcontinues to grow. In most updates, at least one new character has been added. Genshin Impact Update 3.1 will add three new characters to the mix. This is everyone joining the party:
- Candace: Candace is one of the descendants from King Deshret. She works to protect Aaru Village. Hydro Polearm-user, she can also absorb damage with her shield. Her status as a desert dweller is evident in her ability to reduce the stamina consumption for your party.
- Cyno:Cyno, an Electro Polearm user works to spread justice and is knowledgeable in scholarly topics. Because he deals injury, he is also immune from Electro damage. He enjoys making terrible jokes and Genius Invokation is a card game that he is excited about. Update 3.3 is his first update.
- Nilou:Nilou is a five-star dancer. Her swordsmanship, Hydro power and dance skills elevate her to a five-star level. If your party is limited to Hydro and Dendro characters, you can use her abilities to buff or deal damage to her allies. Encourage experimentation.
Cyno and Candace will both be available as Event Wishes during the first half Genshin Impact Update Update 3.1. Venti will also be rerun. Nilou, a rerun for Albedo, will be available in the second half.
Genshin Impact 3.0: Release Date
Genshin Impact updates are usually released every 42 days. Due to the huge expansion of Genshin Impact Update 3.0Update 3.1 would have been released in October after it was launched on August 24, 2022, assuming that the developers followed the 42-day rule.
We are actually seeing an exception to the rule. Genshin Impact Update 3.0 will arrive on Sep. 28, 2022.Â
Server maintenance to introduce new updates typically starts at 6:00 p.m. China Standard Time (6:00 pm. It will cause a short downtime of up to three hours. For every hour the servers are down for any reason, players are typically compensated at 60 Primogems.
