Loki is just like his nameake. He loves getting into trouble.
Loki’s mother, Nina Theeuwes, told The Dodo, “He’s really wicked.” He pretends to turn away when he spots food on the ground before grabbing it rapidly. We are often fooled, as he did the other day when I gave him a piece of my slipper and ate it all. Or he sneaks into the dishwasher to get some leftover food. We’re training him but there is still much to learn! ”
Loki’s parents recently left the house to go to a nearby coffee shop as a practice run for leaving Loki alone. Theeuwes checked her phone every couple of minutes to see how Loki was doing, even though they had set up a dog cam to monitor him. Up until Loki’s mischievous side took over, everything appeared to be going according to plan.
Theeuwes claimed, “I tried putting my phone away a little bit longer and longer, then, all of a sudden, I took up my phone and noticed the sheep plushie.

Loki had blocked his parents’ view of him by positioning Miss Sheep, one of his favorite toys, directly in front of the camera.
Although they were undoubtedly concerned that they wouldn’t be able to see him anymore, his parents were startled and couldn’t help but laugh.
I quickly finished my cappuccino, and ran home to check on Theeuwes. “I also turned my phone’s volume to 100 so that I could still hear what was going at home. When we arrived, he welcomed us with a joyful wave of his tail and acted as if nothing had happened.
His parents also thought it was funny that he picked the sheep-themed toy. He loves it but it isn’t his favorite toy. It seems he uses it only when he feels particularly naughty.
Theeuwes remarked, “It looks like the sheep only shows up when he’s in a bad mood.”

Loki repeatedly placed his sheep-shaped toys in front the dog camera, before his parents finally found a way to move it to their kitchen table. They intend to install it to the wall eventually, placing it fully out of Loki’s grasp. With the king of mischief around, you simply can’t be too careful.
Fortunately, Loki didn’t get into any serious mischief when his parents weren’t looking. He might have been merely trying to show off his prized lamb toys, or maybe he was just thinking of his next idea. It is possible that we will never know.
