Victoria Beckham shares photo of David Beckham injury, arm in cast

Victoria Beckham sent well wishes to her husband — also known to her as “daddy” — in a new round of social media photos chronicling his recovery from a wrist injury.

The Spice Girls pop icon shared early Friday two images of her husband, ex-soccer star David Beckham, following a reported surgery to address an issue with his right wrist.

“Get well soon daddy,” Victoria, 51, wrote over a photo on her Instagram Story, showing her spouse laying in what appeared to be a hospital bed with a large blue cast over his arm.

She shared another shot of David’s hand as he wore a bracelet that also spelled out “get well soon” in a series of beads with letters on them.

Victoria’s post did not indicate the nature of her husband’s injury, and David’s Instagram profile has not shared any information related to his condition.

According to PEOPLE, David recently underwent surgery to repair complications from a 22-year-old soccer-related wrist injury, after he broke his wrist during a 2003 match.

Entertainment Weekly has reached out to a representative for the Beckhams for comment.

The Beckhams were married in 1999, after first dating in 1997.

Together, the couple have four children, including sons Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and daughter Harper.

Despite rumors surrounding reported tension between the family and Brooklyn, the Beckhams’ eldest son, Victoria shared a sweet Father’s Day message earlier in June, highlighting the couple’s children.

“Happy Father’s Day to the best daddy there is!” Victoria wrote in the Instagram post, tagging Brooklyn’s account. “You always lead with love and our four beautiful children are a reflection of that. We all love you so so much!!”
