Daredevil is undergoing an action-packed rebirth of sorts as the beloved series has moved to a new streaming house. The show based on the popular Marvel Comics character, aired its first three seasons on Netflix between 2015 to 2018, before it was cancelled by the OTT giant. Now, the series has been revived at Disney+ as ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ bringing back Charlie Cox as lead Matt Murdock aka Daredevil, and Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk aka Crimelord Kingpin.
But that’s not all the revived superhero will bring to life the “most brutal” action sequences a Marvel TV show has ever seen. Amid this Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio are thanking fans for their immense support even 7 years after the original show was cancelled. “From the very beginning of the show, the fans have been with us. They’ve supported us so much. When we got pulled from the Netflix show, they were just as devastated as we were,” said Vincent D’Onofrio.
He continued, “They campaigned over all those years to bring us back, they even gave us a billboard in Times Square at one point. It’s an amazing fan base to have, I’d never experienced anything like that in my career. So, now we are back and they’re thrilled and we owe you thanks.”

Vincent further braced their supporters for the revival show adding, “Everybody out there that supported us the way they did over the years. You’re incredible fans and we appreciate you so much, we want you to know that you’ve been in our dialogue through the whole creation of this new season and the second season coming up.”
Meanwhile, Charlie Cox concluded the video noting, “Thank you guys. You did it.” He added, “We’re eternally grateful from the bottom of our hearts.”
The TV show follows Matt, a blind lawyer with heightened abilities fighting for justice through his law firm, and crime lord Kingpin reigning over New York with his political endeavors. But when their past vigilantes are forced to reappear, the real chaos begins again.
