Zeina Khoury is a real estate mogul who has built her fortune through multiple endeavors. She has been the president of Zed Capital Real Estate, as well as the founder of the fashion startup brand I Am The Company since February 2023. Khoury also spent a decade as the CEO of High Mark Real Estate Brokers, where she managed a portfolio of high-end properties for Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 Tower among other luxury properties in the city.
She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Notre Dame University and then went on to take classes at Columbia Business School and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Online School, before receiving an executive master’s degree in business administration and management from London Business School (Dubai) in 2022.
But when counting her biggest achievements, none of the things mentioned above made it on the list. “My biggest accomplishments, not my Master’s Degree, not my family, of course not my real estate business, and of course, not my fashion business,” she said. Wondering what it might be?
