Just like little kids who don’t like being separated from their parents during a car ride, Bosley wasn’t too happy about being buckled up in the back seat. He wanted to be right up front with his owner, and when he realized that wasn’t happening, he let his feelings be known in the most dramatic way possible. What started as a few yips quickly turned into a full-blown tantrum, complete with squirming and tossing his head back in protest.
Parents of young children can definitely relate to this kind of scene. You know the one—when your child throws a fit because they don’t want to sit in the back, safely secured in their car seat. Bosley’s outburst proves that tantrums aren’t just for humans. The little Frenchie was clearly upset about his situation, not understanding why he couldn’t be upfront enjoying the ride with his owner.
As Bosley continued to protest, his antics didn’t go unnoticed. In fact, the noise he made was enough to disturb another passenger in the back seat—a second French Bulldog! Startled awake by Bosley’s fit, the second dog gave a confused glance, likely wondering what all the fuss was about.

Though it may not have been what Bosley wanted, the car seat was the safest place for him. His owner clearly had his best interests in mind, even if Bosley wasn’t ready to admit it at the time. After all, keeping pets safe during car rides is just as important as protecting ourselves and our children.
Bosley’s hilarious meltdown might not have earned him a spot in the front seat, but it certainly made for a cute and entertaining video. His expressive personality shines through in every squirm and bark, making it impossible not to smile at his dramatic attempt to win the battle.

At the end of the day, Bosley’s temper tantrum only lasted so long, and we hope he got rewarded for being a good boy by allowing his owner to keep him safe. If nothing else, perhaps a toy or treat helped make up for his backseat frustration.
