Fox News has settled a hostile workplace suit brought by Abby Grossberg. Grossberg is a former producer who worked for Maria Bartiromo. She was also a producer under the now-former Tucker Carlson.
Paisis Filippatos, Grossberg’s attorney, confirmed the settlement with Insider. The New York Times broke the story first.
Grossberg In March, the plaintiff filed a lawsuitShe claimed that sexism was rampant in the workplace. She claimed that the staffers of Tucker Carlson, Carlson’s show, plastered pictures of Nancy Pelosi wearing a bathing costume “revealing her cleavage”, made sexist remarks and antisemitic remarks and denied her professional advancement due to her gender.
Grossberg’s lawsuit also caused Fox News to lose its defense in a separate defamation suit from Dominion Voting Systems. The case was settled a month later for $787.5 Million. Grossberg claimed that Fox News’s attorneys had instructed her to lie in a Dominion deposition.
