Milly Alcock, also known as Rhaenyra Torgaryen in the ‘House of the Dragon’ series, says her newfound fame is a’suck’

The blockbuster HBO series House of the DragonMilly Alcock has been the show’s breakout star. Milly, who plays the role of the young Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen on the show, quickly became a hit with viewers.

The young actress was also able to attract the attention of experienced actors such as Rhys Ifans and Matt Smith. Milly, however, has struggled to handle all the attention.

Milly talked about how she handled the sudden fame that came with her role in a recent interview. Milly admitted that it can be difficult to manage the amount of attention she gets on social media.

Milly, with whom Milly spoke recently Nylon, stated, “It’s like a part-time job, really. I don’t know. I don’t know. It makes me extremely anxious. My face is always in front of me, which makes it very stressful. That should not be the norm. It fuckin’ sucks, man.”

“I don’t know how the socialites of the world can do that. It’s almost driving me insane. It’s an incredibly difficult space to navigate,” she added.

She also spoke out about how being famous can sometimes make her feel lonely, as most of her friends do “normal” things.

“I don’t really know anyone who’s kind of gone through what I’m going through. All of my friends are very normal and go to uni and just do very basic things, and my family’s not in the arts whatsoever, so it’s strange,” Milly said.

The premiere episode of House of the DragonThis new HBO series, which was launched back in August, broke all records and attracted the largest ever audience. The Episode 1 premiered to around 10 million viewers, and these numbers continue to rise each week.

It might be mentioned that Milly’s final episode as Princess Rhaenyra’s actress was aired Sunday, September 18. Emma D’Arcy plays the part. The story then jumps ahead 10 years.
